• I saw Melissa to fix a bad cut and get a color change. She spent a good deal of time talking it over and discovering the problems with the previous cut and the damage done. I very much appreciated the opportunity to learn about the actual methodology behind hair cutting! And the color was also a collaboration helping me understand my own strengths and characteristics. She's very intuitive in that regard!
