• Katie Blue is THE place to get your hair done in Richmond. I don’t even live in RVA anymore but wait till I visit so I can go to Kate B. Kate takes extra care to make sure your hair is a work of art you (and her) can be proud of. Not only are the hair cuts amazing, the vibe is on point too. Thank you Kate and your amazing team!!
