• I am so happy Paul has continued with doing yoga via zoom. Despite some challenges that the nature of class held via zoom presents, Paul finds a way to monitor our poses to suggest necessary corrections for our benefit. Doing regular yoga with Paul has eased many anxieties and stress caused by this LONG pandemic.
