First off, this review is specifically for a stylist, Taylor.

I have had a couple of issues with their scheduler and scheduling (not Taylor's fault) that Juaquin (manager) attempted to address but that's not reflected here in the review.

Taylor is hands-down the best. She started cutting my hair after Julia left and of course, I was a little hesitant because I have been getting scissor-over-comb cuts for years and I've had a couple of bad experiences. Taylor came in and crushed it.

Yesterday, I had the best cut yet from her. She is detail-oriented, very personable and sincere with her clients (she even let Moab, my boxer pup, help her out yesterday), LOL.

No need to look any further...go see Taylor at Karma.

Delightful experience. Looking for a place that offered services for men - pedicures for instance. Not only did they provide relaxation for us both with pedicures and hair cuts... they have a full range of services. Next will be a facial, then a massage and then reflexology. Can't wait. What a gem

First time coming here and I had a really good experience. I hadn't cut my hair in almost 4 years and I was way overdue to come in. I had a cut and color appointment with China, and she did an awesome job and she picked the perfect color! They also gave me the option to donate my hair and I thought that was a nice option to include especially since I had about two feet of hair cut off.

They have complementary coffee and massage during your appointment, and the products are all really good quality and smell amazing. There's also a cocktail bar, which I am looking forward to trying some time. I am excited to try other services they offer, and I can't recommend this place enough.

Got my nails done... paid about $100. Less than 5 days later, I texted that my thumb nails were wiggling. Tried to get it fixed... was told she had availability, I said yes and then she didn't respond. My nail popped off completely a week later. She said well that's pretty good... about 2 weeks... I'll schedule you for a refill. Aka I'm not fixing your nail for free even though it's been loose the majority of the time AND nails shouldn't just pop off. Next thing I heard back was "I'm booked through the end of the year, but I can let you know if I get a cancellation." So I walk around with one nail missing for weeks? now the second thumbnail that I had told her was loose also popped off and also ripped off half of my real nail

The atmosphere in this place is very relaxing on the massage/facials section. I have been coming here for a few months and getting a facial. Esther is amazing at what she does. She is super knowledgeable and makes facial recommendations for you depending on your concerns and on what would benefit your skin. She is always willing to offer advise on what to do at home to have better results or what products to use. Esther is the reason I keep coming back.
If you need a facial Esther is your girl!!

Had one of the worst color jobs in a very long time! I am extremely disappointed how the manager "took care" of the situation. Walking away hating my hair now for months and spending over $300 is the reason for me writing this review and hopefully stop someone from walking in.
*I will also add that this is my first negative review I have ever written in my 38 years of life! I just really don't want someone else to go through what I did!

Great job on my hair color by Erin. Quiet place. I'll be back. I got compliments from family.

I booked a prenatal massage, manicure and pedicure to treat myself before my baby comes. The lady that did my massage focused on exactly the areas I asked her to! I've had over a dozen massages in the past few years and only one of therapist has worked on the areas I pointed out. Will 100% book with her again!

Furthermore when it was time to get my nails done Julia was so nice! She offered me drinks (they make coffee like lattes) and she held great conversation with me! I really enjoyed my time here and I'm coming back again today to get my manicure done again :) I really want to make this my regular spot to pamper myself especially now that I'll have 2 under 2 very soon

The manicure was ok. Lots of waves in the polish. Not 45.00 worth. However I was a walk in and the staff was very friendly.

Booked Karma for our wedding this past weekend and the girls were AMAZING! Everything from start to finish was perfect, even from the very first consult to the date. Erin, Olivia, and Julia were so sweet and my girls were beautiful. I felt gorgeous on my special day. Thank you ladies!!!
