• Kara is wonderful, super approachable, caring, understanding, supportive, committed to helping clients to look and feel their best. Also her facilities are gorgeous, clean and relaxing. I have had cheaper electrolysis, but not necessarily in this kind of full shop environment. Also, I have had a lot of electrolysis done in the past and I've been told you're not supposed to feel the hair being tugged out? Like if you have to tug on it, you're supposed to keep zapping until it just comes out with a gentle pull? Anyways all in all, it was excellent and I will return because Kara is the best.
