• My skin has changed quite a bit in the last year and Racheal has taken the time (over my last two visits, and more to come) to really understand my routine, identify some possible issues and make suggestions that could offer both relief and improvement. She takes the time to explain things and doesn't make promises, but instead is clear that there is a bit of trial and error (my skin is a lot like me, difficult). All of this I really appreciate and it truly tells me that she is both professional and caring. What a FANTASTIC addition!
