I always wanted to have treatment for laser hair removal but was nervous. Sarah was very professional. I felt comfortable. The atmosphere of the whole practise is pleasant and friendly. I had heard how great Marci was and yesterday she serviced me for an IV treatment. I ask a lot questions :) and she was knowledgeable and went out of her way to get answers. BTW I purchased the Hydra UV from her line and love it (possibly more than the other cream I have Triple threat). She also offered to refund me on another sunscreen I purchased (as I may be getting some reaction to an active ingredient in it). Never got to that point of refund but I still appreciated her offer! Hard to find that kind of customer service!
