The heat is everything! Being able to shower after is so nice and the body wash smells so calming! The staff is so friendly and welcoming - I appreciate being welcomed by name, epically as a nonbinary human with a more neutral chosen name - I feel welcomed as a nonbinary human, I feel seen, I feel encouraged. The staff is so supportive. Healing from a concussion and trying to navigate the world is hard and you make it an easier place to exist and let me move through things in the way that makes sense to me. In a world where I often don't belong due to disability or the way I look, I feel like I belong at Kamloops hot yoga. Thank you for creating a welcoming and safe space and now I'm crying :)
