Welcoming for first visitor, class wasn't too crowded; instructor was fantastic - good tips and adjustments but fun too! Not too serious but serious enough.

Kamloops hot yoga has the best instructors who provide such a beautiful space to practice yoga. My recent experience with the Sacred sound bath journey was 10/10 and I would highly recommend this beautiful experience which had me not wanting to leave the studio when the class was over.
