Amanda taught a beautiful class, held such expansive space, owning the Brittney spears microphone- handling the elements of the park like the keeper of the clouds and rain. What a lovely gift to all who get to experience her class. All who get to meet her, really. Her confidence is contagious and suddenly you can't stop coming to her yoga classes, and the confidence continues to spread through the universe. That's the short version of why I chose 10

I'm a 62 year old who lost approximately 130 lbs of weight and I was asked to accompany a friend to yoga and during that I realized how badly I need to stretch more and doing it outside was excellent. Learning new ways to become healthier was new to me and I enjoyed it .
