It's a welcoming studio where the staff know you by name. It's a place where you don't feel judged by how you look, what you wear or what your abilities are. I leave relaxed and feeling happier than when I arrived every time!

Samantha's flow class was fun and challenging in the best way. Strength, grace, movement and stillness - it was all there. Really clear guidance without too much "yoga teacher talking". The music was just background and soft which I like. Thank you.
