Everyone is really friendly and good at making sure everyone is taken care of. I really like being able to check in on the app. This studio has made me feel like yoga is a thing everyone can walk into, without being intimidated or looked at differently

I am 75 years old, and joined Kamal Yoga shortly after Courtney opened. It has been an almost daily routine for me. The gifts I have gotten have been strength and calmnes. Being able to be quiet and focus on me. All the instructors are wonderful and knowledgable
