• Melanie was great and the welcome was great, too! The only advice I would give for improvement is to set an automated text system for appointments instead of a phone call, where ppl can confirm Y or N. Because I got the phone call to confirm and the person didn't introduce the company first, so and so with Kalologie) they just said their name so it was awkward because zi had no idea who was calling me. But I left an Amazing Review on Google and will be back!
