• 9 - paperwork was duplicative and required the same things to be filled out multiple times. Also, sections were confusing when the "person working under the physician" page were not filled out and I had to ask for instruction. As for the treatment it was a 10, the overall experience due to paperwork was just a 9. Would be much better if we could film out those forms online- just create a JotForm.com or Something.
