Kellyn was very good at letting me know what was happening with each step of the facial. It was my first one! She also gave me the freedom to choose how I wanted to be "clothed" under the blanket. She was a good listener and addressed all my questions and concerns. Her recommendations going forward were based on her listening to the routine I already had going and giving me the list of the new products to try and the order of applying them, stating that it sounds like I would be disciplined enough to carry out the routine and not just buying products I won't use. I also asked her how often I should get a facial and from her broad answer I've decided to try every other month and see how that goes and adjust from there, maybe based on the seasons.
