Because grace provided a ambience that was relaxing & chill. She has the right type of energy and tone of voice to do what I think should be "quiet and relaxing " work & services. I don't enjoy it as much when someone tries to " chat it up" so much that you feel you're at a work interview . I have an intense job where I am working at the patients bedside. It requires lots of talking all 12 Hrs long on my job. I need quiet & relaxing time on my spa day. I feel The industry has gotten away from making the services an "experience " ie : music. Dim lighting. Offering a blanket. Or position the knee cushion under my knee for comfort. That could be improved on.
