First off, once you enter the door, you are transported to a relaxing spot by the beach. You can breathe a tummy breath & leave the tension in the lobby. The staff was welcoming and very helpful. My esthetician was Kellyn. She has magic hands. She explained what she was applying on my face when I asked & appeared very knowledgeable. She was open to suggestions ( I wanted my hair tugged/odd I know but it feels so good) she checked in to make sure it was what I wanted. At the end of the session she made some recommendations on what I could do the next time I booked, which I did. I will definitely sing Kalani Day Spa's praises and highly recommend Kellyn.
