Shannon's teaching is brilliant. Accurate prompts, authentic teaching, the right amount of challenge and humble yet strong. He's a great yoga instructor.

I am loving the friendly atmosphere at Kai. The instructors are so supportive and always encouraging me to correct postures, try a bit harder and focus on 'my time' a little more. I always look forward to me practice.
