Let's sit down and talk about how we can make these next several months at Woodshed happy and productive for you! Bring your workout log and one or two things you'd like to accomplish and we'll put a plan in motion.

Please NOTE: Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Check-ins can be done via telephone though in-person is preferable.

Personal Training

$65.00

Let's take an hour to work on one or two skills or lifts, or to sit down to draw up a nutrition plan. Come dressed to work out with your traning log or bring your food log with you for a nutrition session.

Please NOTE: Appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance and require 24 hours notice of cancellation. Payment is due at time of session and will be assessed for late cancellations outside of emergency.

Half-Hour Personal Training

$40.00

Let's take a half-hour to work on one skill or lift, or to sit down to troubleshoot a training or nutrition issue. Come dressed to work out with your training log or bring your food log with you for a nutrition session.

Free Intro Session

Come discover what makes CrossFit Woodshed the best hour of our members' day! We'll talk about what YOU want out of your gym, share our community and coaching-based philosophy with you, provide a free movement assessment, and discuss next steps if we seem like a match. Please arrive dressed in comfortable workout clothes and bring a water bottle. We're looking forward to meeting you!
