• Having practiced yoga for 25 years, and having visited many yoga studios in various locales throughout the country in those years, I've developed some fairly certain preferences about where I prefer to practice and why. For instance, I've been to some gorgeous physical locations where the people were fine, but not terribly welcoming. I've also been to cramped, dark studios that were not conducive to the relaxation yoga seeks to foster. Then there are the places where the people are downright miserable, which is antithetical to everything yoga teaches. Just26 checks every one of my positive boxes. The moment I entered, I was greeted by not one, but three instructors who introduced themselves, asked my name, and spent a few minutes making conversation with me. That's huge for me! I also met and chatted with another student, who clearly also feels at home there. The yoga practice room is warm both physically and emotionally, and very lovely. A truly great yoga space. Amy, last night's class teacher, has a teaching style that *exactly* matches my preferences. After class, she and her husband Michael introduced themselves to me and took some time to chat with me before we left the studio. I felt stronger and more relaxed after one class than I have in a very long time. It was my return to my practice after a two-year hiatus and a great deal of personal heartbreak. Thank you for offering this incredible place to practice yoga so close to my home. I'm grateful.
