All of the instructors are very dedicated to helping their students practice at their pace. The new studio is in a convenient location and parking is easy. Also signup online is simple!

This is a lovely facility that I have taken classes at while visiting from Philadelphia. There are two large yoga rooms and a changing area and plenty of parking. The front desk staff is very friendly and the students are very collegial and friendly with one another. I have taken the Hatha 2-3 class with Amanda, and she's great! Highly recommended!

The instructor was very good at explaining the moves. It was my very first Yoga class ever and I was not sure what to expect.

This is my yoga home. Even though I just since moved away from the studio, I still consider this my home base and I can't wait to get back to practice with this group again.
They practice an ashtanga and vinyasa flow style primarily. But the also offer iyengar, hatha, pilates and all sorts of other stuff. Tina (the owner and a teacher there) and the rest of the staff create an open, welcoming environment that is a joy to share in.
I highly recommend this studio for all levels of yoga practionners and those with a curiosity for yoga.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0 - Sherra Z.Harrisburg, PA384Aug 25, 2017
This studio is my yoga home, and I love the true sense of community, and the variety of yoga classes. There are classes every day and plenty of workshops. The amount and quality of experience and training the teachers have is immense. There are 2 practice rooms and in general one class will be slower or gentler and the other more vigorous. Most classes are drop in, specialty classes usually require advance registration. Download the Just Plain Yoga app to your smartphone, or computer, and you can see the schedule and sign up. The website is very useful and you can sign up for many things there (links to schedule). They are on Facebook, where you find schedule reminders, news and events. The atmosphere is soothing and calm and clean.

The instructors are friendly and it has a positive vibe. If i could, I would give it 2.5. I'd give it 2.5 for the friendly staff, but I found this place a bit crammed and sometimes loud. First, there are train tracks close by and I found the trains distracting. Also, people often hang out in the hallway, outside the classroom, and talk waiting for the next class. You can hear their conversations while in a yoga class. And if the windows are open, you will hear people talking in the parking lot. All the noise takes away from the yoga experience. Plus, the "dressing rooms" are just 3 small areas w a curtain. On the other side, people are coming in and out putting shoes and bags on shelves. So, at any moment, you feel someone will lift the curtain while u are changing. I just don't care for the venue or location. It's just too crammed and noisy for me. If you are interested, give it a try. You might love it or you might find it's not your yoga home.
