AntiGravity Yoga was invented by aerial performer Christopher Harrison, a former gymnast and Broadway choreographer. It involves performing a series of exercises inspired by yoga, Pilates, calisthenics and aerial acrobatics in a hammock-like apparatus, in order to achieve a total-body workout. Apart from being a major stress-buster due to its high fun quotient, there are some serious health benefits associated with AntiGravity Yoga. In addition to decompressing the spine, AntiGravity Yoga can help to increase strength and flexibility.

This place puts the AH in AMAZING!!! As a professional coach committed to wellness, I've always acknowledged that Yoga yields endless benefits. That said, I've only tried it 2-3 times (at a multi-purpose gym) because I always felt discouraged that I couldn't hold a pose like "everyone else". I finally decided I could only progress through persistence. As fate would have it, Lori and Jennifer told me about their "new-client unlimited plan" and encouraged me to take all of the classes, regardless of my skill level. I did, and that was a year ago. I love them all! What a difference a Yoga "Studio" makes! WOW. My favorites are Hot Iron Yoga and Yoga Fusion, both with Kim Nobles, and most recently the 6am Hot Vinyasa with Lidi or Bruna, depending on which morning. There is no more of a perfect way to start the day. All of the instructors are top notch, welcoming, supportive and dedicated to YOUR practice! I am so glad to have found this journey - a journey where I've lost pounds and gained strength, peace and balance!

There is only one thing I dislike about this studio and that is the price. I came in because I was looking for a way to move my body that challenged me but that didn't feel like I was at a gym when I found just breathe aerials. My first class we were doing inversions and I was worried at first but we were walked through every step and I throughly enjoyed it! They had a plan where your first month was under 100 dollars and I had an amazing month, I made many friends at the studio and everyone was so inviting I absolutely loved the owner and the variety of classes was worth that price. Due to unforeseen circumstances I couldn't continue to come in because the price shoots up substantially after the first month but popping in for classes here and there is still a blast and it always feels like home!

I had a very poor experience with this studio. I was in town to visit my elderly father for New Years. Found this studio on mind body looking to take a few classes while in town. I knew when I signed up I would only be able to attend 3 classes due to my schedule while in town. I purchased the new client unlimited month for $59 as that was the most economical way to take the 3 classes. The first class I attended, another student was coughing the entire class, and the instructor coughed several times, apologizing when she did; "please excuse my cough". I became worried about getting sick in the crowded room with very little ventilation because it's hot yoga. Sure enough that evening I started with a slight cough. The next morning since my cough was not bad I attended a second class. The classes themselves were subpar. The instructors sound robotic, and the sequence of the flows were more choppy like a fitness class VS a vinyasa flow. The second instructor confused right and left several times, and forgot asanas from one side to the next 4 separate times. The third day I was unable to attend the class I signed up for as I woke up coughing so bad, I couldn't breathe. I went on the app and canceled. I very kindly contacted the studio to let them know that I did not want to get anyone sick and that I was convinced I got sick from the other student and/ or the instructor at that first class. I additionally asked for a partial refund as I could no longer use the entire month I paid for because of the cough and just wanted to pay for the 2 classes at the drop in rate that I had already attended (it would have been a $12 difference, not that big of a deal, simply the point of expecting sympathy and their instructor should have found a sub VS coming in sick and sharing germs). The owner very rudely responded to me that: 1 They were not responsible for getting me sick, and 2 She was not only not providing a partial refund, but was also going to charge me an additional late cancellation fee as I should have come in sick to not get charged. I told her, well you can keep the money and the bad karma. I'm a better person than to risk getting others sick. As a yoga teacher myself, I would never come to work sick and risk being contagious to my students. Now I will likely have to find subs for my own classes this week because I would never risk getting my students sick. I understand germs are everywhere, and yes I could have gotten sick anywhere. However the rude nature of the owner and complete lack of sympathy whether I got the cough there or anywhere makes me never want to spend money here again, and I hope it saves someone else from supporting a business that does not represent the kindness or philosophy of yoga at all.

I found exactly what I needed in this studio when started here over a year ago. In my late 30s, I have never done any type of yoga or pilates prior to joining. At first, I got the new client one-month unlimited pass and tried all their classes. What an adventure! Aerial yoga and pilates suspended in a hammock (I've never even heard about such a thing before), traditional yoga and pilates, restorative yoga and vinyasa, strength training - this studio offers it all! Instructors offer modifications for various skill levels and physical limitations. Whether you prefer to practice in an air-conditioned studio or break a sweat in a studio warmed up for hot yoga & vinyasa, you will have that choice. Any aerial class is just the thing for people who like variety and trying new things. If you have never done aerial fitness, the Fly for $15 class is the perfect place to start. If you are looking for something more challenging, sign up for Lori's class! Her class is challenging and fun! Actually, all instructors in this studio are amazing! Kudos to Bruna G., my personal favorite yoga instructor, who creates the most perfect vinyasa and yoga flow routines to build mental and physical strength and resilience. Kudos to Kimberly C. While Kimberly teaches different classes, she is the pilates queen, in my humble opinion. Kudos to Kim N. who will spice up your yoga experience with some dumbbells, resistance bands, and words of wisdom. To join, the easiest way is to review their schedule, pick a class, and arrive 10-15 min early. They don't have a dedicated person at the front desk, which is completely understandable and reasonable for a small business. Your instructor would get you set up and answer any questions, but they must start their class on time, that's why it's best to arrive early. I found their website very informative. There is an option to create your account and register for a class in advance on the website, just remember to purchase the new client one-month unlimited pass right after your first class to get that special price. They have yoga mats to lend and to purchase if you don't own one already. The front door gets locked once a class has started, so planning to arrive on time is crucial not to miss the fun!

Whenever I am visiting the area I always make sure to come to a class with Lori! I first took a class with her in 2016 when she had classes at her house. Since then she has grown her business, gotten a beautiful studio and added variety to classes she offers!

The studio space is beautiful with plenty of hammocks set up! The class I took with her today was quite challenging and I felt like I got a great workout! I can tell she is constantly growing and adding to her classes!

She makes her classes work for all levels so if you want to try something fun and different, don't be scared! Everyone I've met at the studio has been open and friendly! Just Breathe is a wonderful place and I can't wait for class again tomorrow!

      The beautiful studio space!

I can't say enough about this studio. Everything about it and it's services far exceed my expectations. The aerial classes are challenging, clearly taught, and leave me feeling well mentally and physically. Thursday I did Lori's 10 a.m. aerial Pilates which was truly the best exercise class I have ever attended. I have brought friends and family here with 100 percent rave reviews. Looking forward to my next class.

If I could give this studio zero stars, I would.

I'm new to the Port St Lucie area, having lived the majority of my life in San Francisco and New York City.

I was incredibly excited to check out Just Breathe Aerials studio last week.  I was excited because I love doing yoga, aerial yoga, and antigravity. I've taken a half dozen classes in Manhattan and am not new to it.

I read on the website that new students to aerial need to take 3 beginner classes before taking the regular (or more advanced) aerial classes.  Totally fair!  Every instructor is different and skills learned from one studio don't necessarily transfer to another based on how the class is taught. And of course - safety is important!

      I liked that...
      - The studio looks really nice (albeit "cozy and small")
      - The website is informative
      - Pricing is fair and there is a groupon out there that's a great deal, although it's confusing as to what's advertised vs. what's actually offered. Also, the studio owner doesn't remember what the groupon entails.

So to 'ease' into and learn the studio, I tried the "Yoga Shred Inspired" class taught by Kimberly.  It was, as she promised, different than other yoga classes.  I've done different kinds of yoga for over 15 years, mainly vinyasa. I'm also a certified yoga instructor. We did a tabata, she offered ways to scale the class to make it harder or easier, but it still lacked any kind of real intensity.  There was an option to get weights but I never knew when we were supposed to use them. I didn't break a sweat, my apple watch said my heart rate never got anywhere near a brisk walk, and I was really ready to get my workout on when... she ended class 18 minutes early.  Ending class 18 MINUTES early on a 1 hour 15 min class is A LOT.  I looked around and wondered if any of the other paying customers were upset about this. I drove home and couldn't decide if I was going to drink a glass of wine or go for a really hard run.

Also, she didn't know how to help me pay for my drop in class (how is this possible?) so I had to wait till after class to settle my bill. She also gave me zero info on where things were located, where to put my stuff, where to leave shoes, what equipment was needed.

Later, the studio owner, Lori, arrived and said she would help me. Class ended and she proceeded to setup for the next class while I patiently waited to pay her. Class already ended 18 minutes early, why can't I just pay and leave? I had my credit card sitting on top of her swipe machine. She spoke with members, setup for her class, then finally tended to me. I was ready to sign up for 10 classes at $130, and upon talking to her, and getting the worst vibe ever... it was almost as though the basic questions I had about the studio were the biggest inconvenience to her day. I told her I'd rather just pay for a single drop in. And I knew I'd never come back. I don't ever want to take a class at this studio again. Yoga in my mind is about positive vibes, this studio, is exactly the opposite. BEWARE.

Days later, Rebecca called me because there was confusion over my payment. There is a lack of communication between the people working at the studio. I carefully explained what happened, and that yes.. I DID pay.. I couldn't figure out why the customer had to bridge the gap of communication between owner and employee. She was very apologetic and assured me there are other instructors I could take class from, but I let her know that I'd never want to support Lori's studio. So please BEWARE. I hope I had a one-off experience, because I truly believe this studio has potential.
