Regularity /monthly membership has given my therapist the ability to focus on specific target areas that are more "problematic" for me. This has helped to reduce the build up of aggravation to the target areas that would have needed physical therapy to treat a dysfunction/pain that would occur as a chain reaction. Initially I used it as a complement to PT initially.
