I was super stressed after a challenging visit with family. I wasn't sure what I wanted (traditional massage or something else) but knew I couldn't go on with everything I was carrying. After a quick conversation, I was recommended to do the Reiki with the Craniosacral. I was bit hesitant because of pricing (price point for the spa is comparable to other quality salons...not unusual for the services ...but I was just not sure if it would be worth it). It was sooooo worth it The immediate stress release was great. I left much more equipped to handle the emotional trauma and drama I just experienced.
