The owner Mary was so understanding when I had to reschedule my first appointment at the last minute due to a scheduling error on my end, and was very accommodating in rescheduling me for the next available slot. She also told me all about their customizable membership program, which is the best one I've seen! My therapist (Sheila) was so nice and professional, and she really took her time on my problem areas in my neck and shoulders. She worked on knots I didn't even realize I had, and at the end of my massage she asked me about the discoloration on my ankles and feet with genuine concern. They're just scars and age spots, but the fact that she was observant and wanted to make sure I was okay just confirmed to me her level of commitment to her work and her client's health. It was hands down the BEST massage experience I've ever had, and I would recommend their signature "Exceptional Massage" to anyone (the 90 minute one though... because 60 minutes just isn't long enough)! 😊
