I had a spa therapy that I had never heard of before. I must say, Lyn was excellent. I had been waking up with severe sudden headaches for a week. They had started to lessen in intensity for 2 days before my appointment. yesterday. Today, I slept through the night and woke up 1hr. later than my usual time, and had no headache!
