Good variety of stretches, poses and a nice flow from pose to pose. If you wanted more or less she not only told you but would show you by doing them with the class. All the while making sure you had correct form. The room was cozy warm and smelled amazing.

Atmosphere is top notch and I love the variety of classes. Looking forward to more early early morning classes!
