• Marcia, leads us all through such an amazing journey for 60min. I felt very comfortable, serene, and positive about myself for becoming better!!! The class is simple to follow yet challenging if your experienced. Marcia, is totally in contact with every participant, guiding, adjusting, and best off all her " JOKES"I definitely will recommend this studio to everyone and share this experience with all my guests!!! 🙏🏻
