• It was my first time and I was not very good at it however the instructor made me feel good about myself. She said more than once"embrace yourself. " That alone made me feel so much better about ny lack of coordination , flexibility, etc. Lol it was a great time

• I love the open welcoming feeling I get at Journey Yoga! The instructors are the real deal! They are dedicated to the art of yoga and express it with kindness and love. This is no surprise to me since I was warmly greeted by the owner, Cheryl who is also dedicated to creating a welcoming community space that provides for healing and wellness!
