• Journey has been my sanctuary from the pandemic since the day Cheryl opened this beautiful space. I started with classes in the walnut groves then cautiously moved indoors. The rooms are calming and safe, and the windows actually open! I've done over 100 classes since July, and credit Journey with much of my fitness and well-being. Each instructor brings her personality and expertise to each class, while teaching students of all ages how to customize for their needs. A community has grown, while always welcoming newcomers.
