Place was warm and very clean. The class itself was more stretching than muscle building which is ok. I needed to understand what it was firsthand and will probably include it in my class rotation.
Quality of teachers, zoom technology, pricing is fair.
JOY is fantastic. Great instructors and great vibes. Haven't been able to do a lot of classes lately due to financial strain.
