  • I love that you have a Saturday morning class. I'm not a morning person, but when something unexpected comes up to interrupt my weekday schedule I can still get my 4 workouts in by taking the Saturday class. I can stay in the fitness "habit".

  • The coaches! Paula is such a great motivator! Only complaint is I wish there were more sets of dumbbells in the 20-25 lb range--those go quick in our Thursday evening class.

  • Michelle’s group training classes are always awesome. She is inspiring, challenging and always a well planned and varied. She also is very conscious of ensuring everyone maintains proper form. I take her classes whenever I am in town.
