I have been going to Journey now for just about a year. I love the trainers & the facility is always very clean and tidy . I used to go to Orange theory, and I think it's definitely more personal. If you're not doing something correct the trainers, just letting you know nicely to do the right form .Mary one of the owners is always very helpful.

Sarah and Mary were so welcoming and supportive. I really liked how Sarah came over to make corrections for me to do things the right way without making me feel silly. She does a great job going around the room to make sure everyone is doing well throughout the session. I was very nervous going in there especially since it had been a while and they made me feel very welcome and comfortable.
