• Beginning with the front desk, I felt welcome each time I arrive. Shavaughn also welcomed me and made me feel like a valued customer. Shavaughn talks to me about what I want done and executed it while making suggestions. She's professional and pleasant. She makes me feel like a friend who has my best interest. I'm old enough to know it all starts with management. Thank you for permitting me to brag on the salon.
