• Victor was great. Professional. Tuned in. We had a 7 year old girl there and he did a great job a her. Plus ... he was real nice and laid back . Cool guy . Also, everyone was nice . The girl at the front w the pink .. the other stylists and colorists .. I had my 4 year old boy w me and everyone was saying hi and smiling. Offered drinks. This is what you want it to be like at your salon. And it was for us ... congrats.

• Service is great. Your call center is horrible though, they are not competent. Have had many bad experiences.
