• Isabella was my stylist. She is a chemist of color. She knew how to get rid of the yellow and make me an ashy blonde. She is an amazing listener, and stylist. I really liked her, your atmosphere, and the warm cookie was a nice added touch. Your prices are a bit high. Please try not to let them go too high, because I would not be able to afford to come.

• Maria and Johnny are amazing. I do wonder why I couldn't have been moved to another specialist for my base break Tuesday when there was a schedule snafoo? Johnny is addressing this. Front desk needs to make eye contact when someone enters regardless of being on phone. The customer walking in should always be priority.
