• My experience is always great. James Castillo knows exactly what to do with my hair. He knows exactly what to do. James Lee is someone new ive been going with but I’m glad I have because I really enjoy the cuts he gives my hair. My only concern this last time is the woman assisting the girl who checked me out. She was rude and pushy when the girl was confused on what to charge me for/services. It ended up drawing out the transaction and she didn’t even apologize. Her demeanor was not great to deal with. It ruined the positivity I had so much that I forgot to set my next appointment that I normally do so I had to call right back. If there is an issue with training, please be more respectful in your correction of new employees. She was trying and she even apologized to me. Your takeover was brusque and unappreciated. Otherwise love the salon please keep up the great work.
