• Karlie is the reason for the 10/10 score. She is awesome. She was running behind with the client when I arrived for my appointment, but I know it is personal important for her that her clients do not feel rushed and she makes sure they leave happy. That makes a small wait worth it. To me, that mentality adds to her value and I appreciate it so much when I sit in her chair. She always takes the time to understand my frustrations with my hair and the goals I want to achieve with my appointment. I don’t think I’ve ever had a hairdresser who truly prioritizes my wants and needs when I am in their chair without fear they might take some “creative liberties.” Karlie listens and acts appropriately While providing recommendations that I trust. She is extremely knowledgeable and I appreciate the time she dedicates to the client in her chair. She is smart, easy to talk to, fun, kind, and truly great & skilled at her job. I will always chose to see her every time I come in.
