  • My stylist is a 10! What was not a 10 was the experience at the front desk. I told the lady that I wanted to apply my referral discount and she looked it up on the notes of my account and said that she didn't see anything. I assured her that I referred my two sisters in law and she said okay, but insisted that she didn't see any notes on my account. I told her she can ask my stylist, but she didn't. I asked if she applied it and said yes. Then she charged my card and when I asked for my receipt she said I'll get it on my email so I asked if I had an email on file and she said no, so I asked her if I could get it printed instead. She said yes but then she stepped out and went to my stylist to ask her about the referrals I mentioned and my stylist confirmed so. So when I checked my bank account I was charged a couple of min ago the full amount without the referral discount as then I saw another transaction for a lesser amount at that time. Then I guess she reversed the first transaction because I saw a negative amount immediately after I refreshed my account transactions. So that really made me feel unhappy because if I wouldn't have requested my receipt she wouldn't have applied the referral discount intentionally. I felt she didn't believe me and that's a poor customer experience. Also, as for the referrals, you guys should have a better system to track and honor them so there's no confusion.
