• The customer service is above and beyond. They worked diligently to get stylist (Denelle) over to our house to cut my mother-in-laws hair. I had an appointment with Denelle on 1/20 and she spent 6 delightful hours doing a color correction on my hair. I was so impressed that she didn't have another client until she was finished with me. Denelle really loves what she does and you can see it in how she explains the pros and cons and gives you options with the service you requested. I knew in 2017 what color I wanted my hair. I had taken tons of pictures showing the color. I have been to 3 different salons and the first comment each stylist made was you really don't want that color. Each one had a 5 minute speech telling me that's not what I wanted. When I said that IS what I want they finally agreed (like it was their choice not mine) and each stylist said no problem. If I can't get it to that color today we can definitely get you there with your next visit. Longest appointment was 2 hours!!! So I spent 4 years going to these salons...once every 4 weeks, another every 6 weeks and another every 8 weeks. NEVER did they get close to the color I wanted, they had lots of reasons and excuses yet kept saying we were getting there!!! Denelle got me to the color I wanted in ONE visit because she was willing to take the time to do it even though it was probably not financially beneficial to her. She is an awesome person. • My stylist was knowledgeable, friendly, and conscientious. The salon was elegant, immaculate, but warm. My color and blowout was done excellently and I left feeling pretty and very satisfied and still am days later! I will continue to get my hair cut and colored there!
