• I unexpectedly had the afternoon off, a rare circumstance. I walked in, no appointment and was assigned a colorist. I had been wanting to color my hair back to its original color. Pam took all the time I needed to make that decision and took the time to go over options I had not thought of.

• The whole environment at the salon is positive, welcoming and friendly. It is obvious that guests are a priority to them. My colorist, Bethany, is the best I've ever had. Since I've been coming to her, my color has been restored and looks great and overall health of my hair is dramatically better. Bethany is meticulous and professional as well as warm and genuine in her demeanor. She is someone I always look forward to seeing.
