• I was immediately welcomed when I came through the front door. I didn't wait long then was pleasantly greeted by my stylist with her asking me what I would like to drink. She also listened to my hair needs, then surmised what I wanted from a confusing explanation. The studio was beautifully decorated, clean and smelled nice. Great experience!

• Needed advice which I was extremely pleased with from both jessica and Monique. I called Monique unsure if JR could accommodate me but was blown away by how nice she was. She listened, didn't rush me, went out of her way to help! I can't wait for jessica to do my hair, she is clearly an expert and gave some great advice
