• chris was very accommodating and such a pleasure. i would go back to him again. unlike Roman whom i've been going to for the last 10 yrs. Because i needed a touch up the day after he cut my hair he texted me that he no longer wanted me as a client. i was so shocked and truly hurt. It was uncharacteristic of him.

• Johnny the owner helped correct a service that was not done satisfactorily. He offered to refund my money and still redo the service for free. In the end I did not want a free service I just wanted my hair to be cut and styled nicely. He did it without a problem. I still offered to pay and I paid because it is the right thing to do, because people deserved to be paid when they work. I also love the Brazilian Blowout by Dayne.
