• My stylist & the salon were super! Top-notch service was provided in a high-end, aesthetically-pleasing environment. When I arrived, the receptionist was on her phone & didn't notice I was standing in front of her until the salon manager/owner provided a verbal cue. She also failed to acknowledge that I circled a beverage for consumption - even after she encouraged me to do so. After that, she was attentive. I chalked this up to a isolated incident. I'll be back. 9 out of 10 overall.
