• Courteous, friendly, knowledgeable staff. Welcoming environment. My only complaint is that a buona forchetta employee was sitting outside your door on a smoke break. The smoke was wafting in and it lessened the experience. It would be nice if you all made clear they shouldn't do that. (Against city ordinance as well)
