• The nail technician/pedicure service and the atmosphere were great. One note about something that could be improved was that the two people at the front desk could have been a bit more helpful when I checked in. I had surgery on my elbow and am wearing a sling. They pointed me to where to get water in the back area but didn't offer to help. Thankfully as I was walking back there the person doing my pedicure came over to introduce herself and offered to get some water for me. It wasn't a huge deal but I thought I would mention it because I think this business prides itself on customer service and I think that aspect could be improved.
