• I loved my facial experience, though I wish she'd done more extractions! Ella was amazingly helpful, relaxing, and kind. However my waxing experience was a bit less than thorough, and a little unprofessional. It was very quick and the technician didn't pay enough attention to detail and get every hair removed. She also seemed very uncomfortable and giggly. Other than that -- great!
