• The masseuse was amazing and I love how she incorporated mindfulness into the massage. It really helped me let go of a lot of emotional tension as well as physical. Also like that she didn't make me feel "guilty". Other places I've been to have said things like "Wow, you're really tight here. You need to stretch more" or "You need to get massages more". She just let me experience the massage without guilt or judgement. That meant so much to me.
