• I absolutely love the facial that I get from Ella each and every time, and she's so wonderful and such a good person. This time I was particularly appreciative of everyone on the staff, because they were patient with the fact that I completely forgot about my appointment until they called and I had to run over late. Nobody made me feel bad about it and I was still able to get a facial. I feel terrible about being late, and truly appreciate the kindness shown to me
