• I almost stopped visiting the spa because I was treated SO rudely by a nail tech. She made no secret that she was angry because I was 10 minutes late. I was very apologetic and explained that I drive over an hour to get there (Estes Park) and this made no difference. She let me know that she had a vip facial appointment after mine and she would make more money on that appointment. She fussed so much that the woman at the front desk went and asked Pa to finish my manicure. Pa was patient, professional and a superstar! What a delightful person. Because of her, I am a lifelong fan of JLounge and will only see her for my services. She understands customer care and is a rarity in the service industry. Thank you for bringing such a delightful person to the team.

• I absolutely love the facial that I get from Ella each and every time, and she's so wonderful and such a good person. This time I was particularly appreciative of everyone on the staff, because they were patient with the fact that I completely forgot about my appointment until they called and I had to run over late. Nobody made me feel bad about it and I was still able to get a facial. I feel terrible about being late, and truly appreciate the kindness shown to me
